Placement of Space(s) is at Show Management's sole and absolute discretion.

I understand that this is only an application form and doesn't guarantee exhibit space until a confirmation of acceptance is received.

Once approved, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are rejected your payment will be refunded back to your card, this may take up to two weeks.

I declare that the items on display and/or for sale at my tables are my original creations.

For purposes of this Agreement, KNect 365 US, Inc. is "Informa" as defined in the Agreement.

By signing below, I acknowledge that (i) I am authorized to execute this Application Form on behalf of the company set forth above ("Client") and bind Client to the Terms and Conditions available at ("Terms and Conditions"); (ii) this is only an Application Form and does not guarantee Space at the Event until an acceptance email has been issued by Informa; (iii) if Informa accepts this Application Form, Client agrees that this Application Form is governed by the Terms and Conditions and Client agrees to and will abide by the Terms and Conditions; (iv) Client will pay all fees set forth on this Application Form pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; and (v) placement of Space(s) is at Informa's sole and absolute discretion. Capitalized terms used on this Application Form but not defined herein will have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions. I further declare that the items on display and/or for sale at the Space(s) and/or Exhibition Stand(s) are Client's original creations.

If Informa does not accept this Application Form, Informa will refund you any prepaid fees in connection with this Application Form.
