Having problems uploading your images? It may be because of the following issues:

A. Your image is not in the correct format.

Ensure that your images are JPG or JPEG.

To check the file type:

1. Right click on the image file in the folder

2. Select "Properties"

3. Under "Type of File" this should read JPG or JPEG Image (.jpeg or .jpg)

To convert your image file to jpeg or jpg:

1. Click to access this free image converter.

B. Your image is too large (exceeds 4MB)

Shrink your images:

1. Click to access a free image compression tool.
