One of a Kind 2019 Winter Show - Group Ticket Consignment Order Form

Purchase 20 or more tickets for the special price of $12.00 CDN ($3 off regular adult admission). Minimum order of 20 tickets. Individuals who purchase tickets at the group rate are not required to visit on the same day and qualify for a re-admit voucher. Orders due no later than November 10, 2019. All taxes included. Children 12 and under are admitted FREE.

Terms and conditions of this form:

*By Filling out this form Client will satisfy minimum requirement of 20 purchased tickets to receive the group rate of $12 CDN. Client is responsible for returning unused tickets and payment for used tickets no later than December 6, 2019. Client will also be responsible for returning complimentary tickets corresponding to unsold/unused tickets otherwise client will be charged. If the account is not reconciled by the close of business on Friday December 6, 2019, the client will be deemed to have sold all tickets ordered and will be responsible for the full value of those tickets as outlined on the consignment form accompanying tickets.

Step 3: Receive your tickets - Either by courier ($7.50 fee) or you can pick them up at our office

Step 4: Distribute tickets to friends, family, co-workers or clients
